Fresh Olives
The Fresh olive company was the first business to introduce the freshly aromatised Provelcal market stall olive to consumers and cateres in the UK. This olive range established the company's reputation for supplying innovative ingredients of uncompromising quality from authentic local producers throughout the Mediterranean.
Many of the recipes we use are traditional ones, which combine simple production processes with the best quality ingredients, resulting in authentic tasting, unadulterated products.
Most of our suppliers have been part of the Fresh Olive project since the mid '90s. The business is committed to developing highly collaborative partnerships extending to co-investments in plant and machinery and even the purchase of ouor own olive groves in Catalonia.
The result of years of careful sourcing and product development is a product list which includes more than fifty different olive mixes, all of our olives are net weights. 5kg means 5kg of olives, the marinade is added afterwards, giving a total weight of 8-9kg.
