Mark led the winning team for the first "Bake Off Crème de la Crème", has over 25 years’ experience as a pâtissier & chocolatier and won awards as the UK Chocolate Masters. Now as a HB Ingredients Consultant, Mark will be joining us in the Demo Kitchen to aid chefs chocolate knowledge and skills.
