Introduction to Sosa by Samantha Rain
Samantha’s chocolatier profession began at Rococo Chocolates which later led her to win UK Junior Chocolate Masters 2014. In 2016 Samantha, Mark Tilling & Helen Vass won BBC Bake Off Crème de la Crème. Samantha is the development chef for HB Ingredients and been appointed UK Ambassador for Sosa.
