How to enter the prize draw:

We've kept this simple.

Just purchase at least one tub of 4 litre Callestick Farm ice-cream from us.
Your purchase automatically enters you into the prize draw.
One lucky winner will be drawn at random, at the beginning of next month.
We'll notify the winner within three days of the draw and arrange your delivery.

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
You also agree to have your business and prize mentioned as part of our marketing.
The competition is being run by Forest Produce Limited.

Eligibility:

Forest Produce employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
To enter simply purchase at least one tub of any Callestick Farm flavoured 4 Litre ice-cream from Forest Produce during the month of July.
The prize draw is free to enter.

Prize Draw details:

All customers placing an order of any Callestick Farm single 4 Litre tub (or more) during July will be automatically entered into our prize draw.
Three winners will be randomly selected as per the details below.
The winning businesses will have the full value of their order credited back to them. In the case of where a customer has placed more than one order during July, the order for reimbursement will be randomly selected.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require us to do so.
Forest Produce decisions on any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

Winner Announcement :

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email addresses on our system within three days of the prize draw taking place.
The draw will take place on Thursday 1st August 2024.
Forest Produce will make two attempts to contact the winners via email.
If the winners do not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Forest Produce reserves the right to select and notify a new winners.
