Cooking techniques

Grilling: Halloumi's firm texture makes it ideal for grilling. Simply cut into small cubes, brush with olive oil and grill for a few minutes on either side until golden brown. Serve with a squeeze of our leafy lemon juice for a delightful appetiser or side dish.

Frying: Heat on a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and fry halloumi until crispy and golden on both sides. Pair with a fresh salad or use as a topping for burgers or sandwiches.

Skewering: Halloumi can be cubed and skewered with vegetables for delicious vegetarian kebab option. Grill or roast until the halloumi is slightly charred and serve with a yoghurt-based dipping sauce.
