Forest roots
Having spent ten years working as a Chef, including for Keith Floyd,
and then later for a specialist food company, Tony Quick set up Forest Produce
with his wife Caroline over 20 years ago.
It was a move motivated by the demand for a business built upon integrity, with an appreciation
for high quality and innovative ingredients. A reliable service and an understanding of what
defines 'good value' in the eyes of both Chef and diner was also needed.
Tony's experience meant Forest Produce, with it's strong family vibe,
quickly became a trusted and essential support for many in the hospitality industry.
Now, that said, a white-wellied naked man, a kick-ass Spaniard and a spicy eaves-dropper
