Forest roots
Having spent ten years working as a Chef, including for Keith Floyd, and then later for a specialist food company, Tony Quick set up Forest Produce with his wife Caroline over 20 years ago.
It was a move motivated by the demand for a business built upon integrity, with an appreciation for high quality and innovative ingredients. A reliable service and 'good value' in the eyes of both Chef and diner was also needed.
Tony's experience meant Forest Produce, with it's strong family vibe,
quickly became a trusted and essential support for many in the hospitality industry.
That said, a white-wellied naked man, a kick-ass Spaniard and a spicy eaves-dropper all shaped the journey too!
