We are excited to welcome Chef Michelle Gillott back to Forest Produce HQ for an exclusive customer demonstration day. If you are looking for fresh inspiration for spring menus, sharper pastry skills, and practical ideas you can take straight back to your kitchen, this is the day for it.
The main focus will be afternoon tea and pastry, with Sosa ingredients and ICAM chocolate used in real kitchen applications. Alongside that, Michelle will also be covering ice cream making and chocolate truffles. Expect plenty of techniques, lots of tasting, and a relaxed chance to ask questions as you go.
