Earlier this year at Excel London, Tony came across the Seahawk range and instantly knew it was something we needed to bring back to Chefs across the South West. From premium king scallops and lobster tails to Chef-friendly prawns, octopus, squid and soft shell crab, the range is packed with seafood products designed to perform consistently during busy service while still delivering quality on the plate.
