The new Forest Produce app: Built with Chefs, for Chefs

We have listened to feedback from kitchens and, working with Choco, designed an app that gives chefs exactly what they need. Faster ordering, clearer menus, and the tools that make a real difference during service.

The new Forest Produce app is now live. To celebrate the launch, every chef who places at least one order before 30 November 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win a Kamado Joe JR. One order is all it takes.

WHY WE'VE LAUNCHED A NEW APP

The old app served us well, but it was time to step things up. This new version has been built around how chefs actually work. It is faster, easier to navigate and packed with features that save time and cut stress in the kitchen.

With the new app you can:

• Place orders quickly with clear menus and easy-to-use order guides

• Chat directly with our sales team using live chat

• Check lead times on special order products before you buy

• View your past orders and select your delivery date

• Add your team so more than one person in the kitchen can order

• Leave notes at checkout if you need prep or special instructions

• Receive push notifications for daily specials and fresh fish lists

• Keep up with supplier stories, brochures and campaigns right from the homepage

This is not just a new look, it’s a proper upgrade designed to make day-to-day ordering smoother.

HOW TO GET STARTED

You will need to be set up before you can log in. Just call or message #TeamForest with your business name, your name and your phone number. We will send you an invite link and you will be ready to go.

THE GIVEAWAY: KAMADO JOE JR

To mark the launch, we are giving one lucky chef the chance to take home a Kamado Joe JR. All you need to do is place at least one order on the new app before 30 November 2025 and you will be entered into the prize draw. One order is enough to be in with a chance.
